WICHITA , Kan. -- July 14, 2006 – Associated ascended to the position of top Wichita advertising agency, according to rankings announced today by the Wichita Business Journal . Ad firms are ranked based on 2005 Wichita-area annualized capitalized billings. Associated took the top spot with announced billings of $31.8 million, more than $5 million more than the second place agency. Associated had been number two in the 2005 Wichita Business Journal list.
