A piece of Pizza Hut returns to Wichita!
WICHITA, Kan. – After ten years, Pizza Hut is finally returning to its birth place -- Wichita, in a matter of speaking! To ensure that, Associated, a Wichita-based integrated advertising, marketing and public relations firm, has already secured a Pizza Hut franchise group account with Kurani Enterprises, based in the Atlanta suburb of Lawenceville, Ga. Kurani owns and operates over 80 restaurants across the United States.
To further its efforts to secure more Pizza Hut business, Associated is attending the 2006 International Pizza Hut Franchise Holders Association (IPHFHA) convention in Hollywood, Fla., which takes place from April 17-20. Associated will be sponsoring a web café at this convention -- which will be attended by more than a thousand franchise owners and operators. Associated is also scheduling a series of one on one meetings with major Pizza Hut franchisees across the country.
In March of this year Associated mailed out a three-part direct mail campaign in all the Pizza Hut franchisee markets across the country. This direct mail campaign was aimed at making franchisees aware of the Magic Cheese Pull dot com website. The www.magiccheesepull.com animated website provides general information and contacts for Associated.
Sultan Kurani, owner of Kurani Enterprises is excited to work with Associated which will develop insightful media plans, negotiate lower prices for broadcast time, and produce creative work for Pizza Hut. In a recent presentation to Kurani, Associated developed a media plan that delivers 17-percent more impressions for the same cost as an existing plan Kurani received from another agency.
Associated is partnering with Kelly Scott Madison (KSM) based out of Chicago in working with the Pizza Hut franchises. KSM, with $175 million in billings, is the largest independent media buying service in the Midwest with extensive QSR and restaurant experience.
